Jared's mom passed away on Monday. We miss her already. Love you mom! Sara Jennet Meldrum Sara Jennet Meldrum, age 71, passed away peacefully on December 14th, 2009, surrounded by her family. Jennet was born January 6, 1938, in Ogden, Utah, to Shand S. and Elva W. Cunningham. She was the youngest of four siblings, Lorraine Nichols (Malcom), Stanley (Jane), and Rex. She graduated from Davis High School, where she met her sweetheart, David Gurr Meldrum. On October 26, 1956, she and David were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. Married at the age of 18, David and Jennet raised each other while raising their six children, Kevin (Cathy), Mark (Debbie), Shawn (Teresa), Julie Simmons (Jason), Jared (Cindy), and Matthew (Nicole). They traveled to many parts of the world with their young family before settling in Kaysville, Utah.
