Carson turns one

Image
I can't believe how fast Carson is growing up. He had his first birthday and we had a great time watching him enjoy his cake. He is such a fun baby and we love him so much. I made a montage of his first year I hope you enjoy it. Carson's first year.

Summer fun

We have had such a fun summer. We had Cherry hill passes so we got to go swiming almost every day and we had fun going camping as a family twice. Once with my family and once with Jared's. We also enjoyed a Rush concert. Brook spent a week at girls camp and Preston spent a day at day camp. Above is a slide show of our last camping trip.

Preschool Graduation

London graduated from preschool today. It was so cute. She sang some songs and got her ABC graduation book. It was a fun time. I can't believe how big she is getting.

Poor Baby

Image
This week has been crazy. Madison was playing outside on the swing set when one of the neighbor kids shot a stick into her eye. Her eye was bleeding pretty good so we had to run her to the ER. She had two good scratches on her cornea and her eye ball is bruised. Yesterday we went to the eye doc and he said she has some fluid and blood behind her eye so she needs to be careful until Monday when we have it checked again. So she can't ride her bike, jump on the tramp, or run around too much. I really hate it when my kids get hurt. You feel so bad because it is out of your control. But Maddie is a trooper. She has taken it all really well. Here is a pic of her with her granny glasses on.

Today we went to the park. It was so fun. I love it when the weather gets warm. I am always ready for the change of season when it happens.

County Fair

Image
Preston had his county report due yesterday and we all went to the school to his County fair. He did his report on Washington County. It was fun to go and see all of the projects. Here are some pics.

five years post transplant

Image
Well I decided to start a blog today. What better day then when Jared is five years post transplant. I can't believe it has been five years. This is what he looked like five years ago today. We have come a long way baby. I wanted to name this sight time of our life because I want us to remember that things can change so fast and we need to make sure we are having a good time right now, today. Five years ago we didn't know if you would live or die. And it was so scary. Now we have a new baby and you are back to work and doing great. I'm so grateful for the many miracles in our life. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JARED!!!! I love you!!!! Sinner
